McCaughey will Address International Funding Opportunities for Green Technologies and the Building of Net-Zero Energy Commercial Structures

LOS ANGELES – Gerry McCaughey, CEO of the El Segundo-based green consulting firm Infineco LLC, will speak at two upcoming meetings of Los Angeles business leaders.

On Friday, August 19, he will address attendees at the Green LAVA breakfast meeting of the Los Angeles Venture Association. Later that day, McCaughey will participate in a panel discussion on building net-zero energy commercial buildings at the monthly meeting of the Environmental Sustainability Council of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.

At the upcoming meeting of Green LAVA, which strives to promote intelligent investment in clean technology ventures in Southern California, McCaughey will discuss the reasons why green entrepreneurs seeking funding are finding more interest from international investors than their U.S. counterparts, and how to tap into foreign capital.

For the LA Chamber event, which is being co-presented by Opportunity Green, McCaughey is one of three panelist who will discuss “Building for the Future: Benefits, Challenges and Financing Models for Net-Zero Commercial Building.”
